Sarah
Sarah has been in the restaurant business for many years, with her last venture working alongside top chef Shaun Dickens who owns the renowned and awarded Boathouse Restaurant in Henley on Thames. Sarah has been there since 2018, where she even cooked for Gordon Ramsey! Sarah is now looking forward to own and run her own kitchen, whilst developing an amazing, sumptuous menu for The Red Lion in South Oxfordshire.
Daniel
Daniel has been in the restaurant and public house trade since leaving school, working in many gastro pubs in and around the Henley on Thames area. Daniel did his Chef apprenticeship training at The Greyhound, owned by the renowned restaurateur Antony Worrell Thompson. Since 2016, Daniel has been the chef at his family run pub and restaurant at The Unicorn, Kingwood Common, Henley. The Red Lion at Britwell Salome is Daniel's new venture with running a gastro pub and restaurant with his partner Sarah.
